Service Description

ND Futures offers supportive one-to-one coaching and mentoring for autistic and ADHD individuals navigating education, employment, independence and everyday life challenges. Coaching or mentoring is tailored to individual strengths and needs, with support available around: executive functioning organisation and routines emotional overwhelm and burnout confidence and self-advocacy transitions and change workplace and study challenges Sessions can be booked privately on an individual basis. Specialist mentoring may also be funded through Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) for eligible students where this support has been recommended.
