Coaching is tailored to your individual strengths, challenges and goals, helping you build confidence, increase productivity and maintain wellbeing in the workplace.

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a government-funded scheme that provides practical support for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions who need additional support in the workplace.

Depending on your individual circumstances, Access to Work may fund specialist workplace coaching to help you overcome barriers at work and achieve your employment goals.

If you have already been awarded Access to Work coaching, I would be pleased to discuss how I can support you.
